Brochure seeking patrons for the restoration of the Podensac water tower in Gironde: Le Corbusier’s first reinforced-concrete work in France, a listed historic monument, accompanied by an artistic intervention by Emmanuelle Moureaux under the “1% for art” scheme.

The document had to bring together modernist heritage, a technical restoration project and a partnership proposal. The graphic system echoes the geometry of the building: large black and sand-coloured blocks laid out like a chequerboard, a typeface with character and archives treated in black and white, for a sober, contemporary whole.
